Revent 2-Deck, 3-Pan stone base electric deck oven (bread, pizza, etc.) Has been used consistently for 9 years in a busy bakery, with no issues. Steam injection option and heats up to 600+ F. It's a well cared for, clean unit with regular maintenance. Comes with a replacement element, hose for steam hookup etc. Three-phase electric.
65 Amps. 72.3"x 35.6" x 69.1" (external). This oven is 2200lbs and needs to be moved on a flat-deck trailer/car trailer with a load-bearing ramp. The handles come off for easy moving in and out of single-width doorways.
