With a powerful 1.5 hp oil vacuum pump, the VacMaster VP321 is excellent for small to medium processors, grocers, restaurants, labs. You will find that the VP321 chamber vacuum sealer is also perfect for processing and storing wild game or fish, sous vide cooking and much more. The 17.25" double wire seal bars are capable of sealing a variety of pouches, including 5 mil Mylar pouches. The VP321 countertop chamber sealer will stand up to prolonged use delivering a strong and consistent vacuum and seal every time.
