NEW Robot Coupe CL60PUSHER
Overview
This floor-standing unit is designed to cut large amounts of vegetables in no time at all. Robust, efficient, easy to clean and offers the widest variety of cuts. Gain consistency and save hours in mise en place: slice, grate, julienne, ripple cut, french fries, dice and even puree.
A 3mm (1/8") slicing disc and a 3mm (1/8") grating disc, each with a disc rack, are included so that you can begin processing right away. Boasting a stainless steel motor base for durability, this versatile unit can slice, grate and dice.
The Robot Coupe CL60 pusher processor requires a 208/240V, 3-phase electrical connection for operation. The machine's 3 hHP motor includes a magnetic safety system and motor brake for extra operator protection, and "high/low" buttons make changing speeds simple.
