This food processor features a continuous feed design that's well-suited to processing bulk batches of a particular ingredient, with one 6 5/8" x 3" kidney-shaped hopper for large items like cabbage or multiple tomatoes, while the 2.25" diameter cylindrical hopper accommodates long or delicate vegetables like cucumbers, carrots, and mushrooms. Simply place a container beneath the feed chute to catch processed foods and you can get right to work. It also boasts an all-stainless steel motor base and hopper head to ensure the highest standard in durability and quality. 

The discs are where this kit really pays off for a pizza shop owner, though, by giving you all the tools you need to produce fresh toppings in popular sizes. A 4mm (5/32") slicing disc is perfect for handling tomatoes and eggplants, while a 2 mm (5/64") slicing disc lets you make perfect slices of zucchini, mushrooms, onions, and black olives. And if you want to prep your own cheese fresh in-house, you can thanks to the 7mm (9/32") grating disc, which is perfect for mozzarella or a pizza cheese blend. You can still use these discs for other ingredients of course, and a range of other discs are available for countless other processing options as well.

This machine's heavy-duty induction motor generates a whopping 1.5 HP to power through any task. Additionally, the lid and pusher design eliminates potential catch areas where food particles could accumulate, making cleaning and sanitation as easy as possible.
