Description
This light-medium-duty commercial convection oven is perfect for coffee shops, QSRs, and restaurants. It features adjustable timers and temperature controls to ensure that your baked goods cook evenly to perfection.
The convection oven series is designed for fast kitchen heating, supplemental baking, low-volume baking, and medium-volume reheating. Periodically rotate food to achieve even baking. This product is not designed for a professional bakery. It is designed to bake 1 or 2 trays of food at one time with a wire rack, which is easier for hot air to reach. Wire racks are recommended for food heating.
