Description

Three (3) high-efficiency 30,000 BTU burners, with our red tube flame diffusers, create a large heat transfer area for reliable and even heat distribution.
A durable temperature probe senses temperature changes and activates quick burner response.
Temperature range; 200°F to 400°F.
Millivolt safety control system included.
The large cold zone, and forward sloping bottom help collect and remove sediment from the fry pot to safeguard oil quality and support the cleaning routine.
Double panel insulated door.
2 fryer baskets included.
