Delight your customers with a traditional whole roasted pig or duck thanks to this spacious, pig roaster with left door hinges! It features two levels of perimeter burners with safety pilots, designed to deliver 225,000 BTU of cooking power for the delicious, crispy skin that signifies a well-roasted pig.

Its durable, stainless steel exterior and aluminized steel interior includes drip shields to generate smoke, two rows of skewer rests, a 4" top-mounted flue, and a drip pan. This roaster is ETL and NSF Listed and requires a 1 1/4" natural gas connection for operation.
