This countertop hot plate boasts six powerful 30,000 BTU burners, each with a continuous pilot to deliver the high performance cooking you demand! The back burners are raised slightly to offer you safe and simple access when simultaneously using the front burner. Each of the open-top burners are protected by separate 12" x 12" heavy duty cast iron grates that feature a unique anti-clogging pilot shield to ensure long-lasting performance.
With a 24" deep cooking area and a 3" front ledge, the stepped countertop hot plate provides you with plenty of room to work! Its stainless steel front and sides are both durable and easy to clean, while cool-touch knobs help protect employees against potential burns. A removable drip pan also helps accommodate a quick and efficient cleanup.
The step up 6 burner countertop hot plate is ETL and ETL Sanitation Listed and is field convertible to be powered by a liquid propane or natural gas connection. Please consult for Specifcation Sheet for additional details, measurements, and installation requirements.
