Keep your most popular ice cream flavors cold and ready to serve with the ice cream freezer dipping cabinet! This dipping cabinet features tall glass sides that help keep your display area insulated while giving your customers the full view of your ice cream selection. Plus, with interior LED lighting, this cabinet will always offer the maximum visibility so that your flavors can be easily viewed at all times.
The wide range thermostat allows you to adjust the temperature to suit the needs of your ice cream supply, from -15 to 40 degrees Fahrenheit. Reflecting ambient heat, the glass cover helps to maintain cool temperatures inside, making sure the food doesn't melt on hot summer days or in warm afternoon sun beams.
The prepainted, galvanized, steel interior accommodates up to (10) 3 gallon cans to display, and an additional (8) 3 gallon cans to store for when your displayed offerings are running low. Enhanced tab holders secure your cans in place, so scooping doesn't result in a wobbling container and hard-to-access ice cream.
Tempt your customers with samples lined up on the mezzanine shelf, or entice them by showcasing expertly assembled dessert examples.
This dipping cabinet is chilled with R-404A, and the cold wall evaporator helps to circulate the resulting cool air. Standing on 4 casters, 2 of which lock, this unit is easy to move for cleaning and servicing. This freezer requires a 115V electrical connection to operate.
