Stainless Steel Water Well
The water well is made from corrosion-resistant 20 gauge, 18/8 stainless steel and holds a standard steam table pan or a combination of fractional pans, up to 4" deep.

Clearly marked "Max" and "Min" lines on the inside of the water tank make it easy to tell when it's time to refill the unit.
Powerful, Fast Heat
The heating element on this warmer delivers 1500W to keep foods fresh and warm. It also preheats in as little as 30 minutes so you can set it up in advance, prepare your foods, and the unit will be ready when you're done!
