The Star Max 536TGF 36" electric countertop griddle with snap-action thermostatic controls delivers superior cooking performance no matter what you're cooking!
A throttling thermostat is inserted into the griddle plate 5/16" from the cooking surface and adjusts from 150 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit to provide a quick response to surface temperature change.
The heavy duty metal knobs provide accurate temperature adjustment of +/- 10 degrees Fahrenheit from the set point, while its highly polished 1" thick griddle plate distributes heat evenly and recovers quickly.
This 36" wide countertop electric griddle is built with durability and convenience in mind, with a stainless steel control panel, cool-touch bull nose front and splash guard.
Other user-friendly features of the Star Max 536TGF 36" countertop griddle include a "spatula wide" 3 1/2" front grease trough and grease chute for easier cleaning, and a large 4.5 quart stainless steel grease drawer.
Nickel plated 4" adjustable legs allow you to level and configure your griddle to match the height of your other countertop cooking equipment.
