The 24" wide Vollrath Cayenne 40716 thermostatically controlled electric griddle will let you serve up mouth-watering steaks, pancakes, eggs, bacon and more in your restaurant, diner or steak house. Its superior heating element design distributes heat evenly over the heavy duty polished cooking surface. Thermostatic controls allow precise temperature adjustment from 120 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit.

A 2 1/2" backsplash and sloped side splashes help keep grease splatter to a minimum, and the internally-mounted grease collection is easy to empty and maintain. The Vollrath Cayenne 24" electric griddle is ETL and NSF Listed and requires a 220V electrical connection. Please consult the Specification Sheet for additional details.
