This maintenance free drive mechanism is isolated from the roller area for sanitary operation. Stainless steel removable spring loaded scrapers remove easily for cleaning, while the plastic rollers help eliminate dough buildup.
The Doyon single pass countertop dough roller sheeter is ETL and ETL sanitation listed and requires a 120V electrical connection.
