What is the best way to “catch” the cotton candy while it’s being made?

This particular item can produce up to two cones per minute, and does so by streaming the floss right through the top of the spinner head. You will need to catch it with the cotton candy cones as it comes out of the top of the spinner. For added convenience, the  Floss Bubble (sold separately) features a wide cutout that better directs the floss for easy serving and will also protect against germs and airborne debris.
