This Endura 3950A03 100 lb. 50 GPM grease trap with a 3" hub prevents greasy substances from entering plumbing systems, septic fields, and wastewater treatment facilities. This model includes a flow control device that fits on the inlet side of the interceptor. This slows incoming wastewater and introduces air, both vital functions for your grease trap to operate effectively and efficiently. Once the water passes through the flow control device, it is directed through the patented Endura baffle system.This grease interceptor is easier to clean out than metal units because the thermoplastic material is smooth to reduce lipid buildup. Plus, the plastic cover is easy to remove for full, unrestricted access. The cover features an embedded, airtight silicone seal to prevent leaks and an EZ-Open latching system to keep the cover in place and yet release it quickly when needed.
