This Galaxy GMIX 20 qt. mixer features a powerful three-speed, 1 1/2 hp motor with a direct-drive, gear-driven transmission to ensure consistent mixing speeds even when its bowl is full. The dough hook is best suited for a low RPM of 197, the flat beater for a medium RPM of 317, and the wire whisk for a high RPM of 462. It comes fully equipped with a stainless steel mixing bowl and wire whisk that will last longer than those provided with some other models.
Easy-to-Use Control Panel
