Stainless steel custom built rotary tablet deduster (similar to manesty design) features rotary perforated metal dedusting cylinder, 6" diameter x 10" long with 3/16" holes and internal auger flighting increasing tablet residence time in chamber, 5. 5" x 5" feed hopper x 4" deep gravity feeding moving dedusting cylinders, inverted pyramid hopper under dedusting cylinder terminating @ 2" dust port, dedusting cylinder is direct driven by dayton in line gear motor @ single speed, 120 volt/1 phase single piece inverted "u" cover, mounted on three leg stationalry floor stand with telescoping post and tilting deduster mount, motor is in full enclosure with hinged service cover. Formerly used in tablet manufacturing.
