Overview
Reiser meat grinder, model cs 160, serial # 87338-1. Features all stainless steel construction, usda approved design, 128 mm (5") diameter feed screw with variable flited screw increasing feed rate as it reaches grinder, screw is 29" long and driven by apx 28 kw (38 hp) motor, operating on 220/3 phase voltage, bulk hopper with agitator, hinged mounted fold down service ladder, unit mounts on four thread in legs, includes fuseable disconnect (125 amp fuses), control panel in fiberglass enclosure, oad 60" wide with ladder, 58" deep x 84" high with legs installed. Formerly used in meat processing.
