Overview
Inline pharmaceutical grade pneumatic bottle cleaner by inline filling systems, (venice fl), 8 station, serial # 21747. Features all stainless steel pharmaceutical grade construction, linear 8 head design with 3/8" od cleaning nozzles, cleaning air jet port @ nozzle tip is 1/8" id, side port on nozzle for dust laden air removal through common manifold to on board filtered vacuum, cleaning nozzles are mounted on pneumatically operated rail with 30" wide working area, adjustable vertical nozzle position and in/out mounting rack position to meet existing conveyor line, 110 volt/1 phase/60 hz, designed for automatic operation (sensing eyes required), uhmw spring loaded bottle locators on each cleaning nozzle, mounted on casters with threaded leveling feet and cabinet style base. Formerly used in ethical pharmaceutical service.
