Custom built scraped surface heat exchanger from ice cream dispenser built and designed by roth engineering, (louisville, ky). Features all stainless steel food grade construction with polished finish, system designed as mascara mixer - processor, 3 7/8" diameter x 11" long barrel with rotating dasher and hinged scraper with variable speed drive, central feed line entering top of unit is 1/2" ss pipe with welded spliced additions entering main pipe at 45 degree angle in 1/4" allowing simaltanious feeding of chilled water (in/out), vacuum connection, cold water inlet, pressure gauge and pressure relief
