Features all stainless steel food grade construction with polished finish, system designed as mascara mixer - processor, 3 7/8" diameter x 11" long barrel with rotating dasher and hinged scraper with variable speed drive, central feed line entering top of unit is 1/2" ss pipe with welded spliced additions entering main pipe at 45 degree angle in 1/4" allowing simaltanious feeding of chilled water (in/out), vacuum connection, cold water inlet, pressure gauge and pressure relief
