Features all stainless steel wetted parts, 3" id x 12" long barrel, 2. 5" diameter two blade rotating mutator shaft, unit is rated by manufacturer for 400 psi @ 375? F on chamber shell and 150 psi @ 375? F on jacket, mutator shaft is directly driven by reliance 5 horsepower adjustable speed drive, 45 to 450 rpm, 230/460/3 phase voltage, (wired for low voltage-3 ph), mechanical rear main seal with flushing capabilities, factory controls featuring products inlet/outlet and jacket in/out temperature sensing to single digital readout with multifunction selection, mounted in elevated stainless steel stand with casters. Formerly used in braned cosmetic product development.
