Overview
40 gallon stainless steel open top vertical jacketed sanitary mixing tank by lee metal products co. Inc (phillipsburg pa) model 40 dbt, serial # a-6709-b2. Features all stainless steel construction with ss jacket on lower half of side wall rated for 15 psi at 250 degrees f, 22" diameter x 28" straight side, dish bottom with 2" center bottom discharge, flush seating valve with acme threaded bevel seat connection and 20" floor clearance, mounted on three stainless steel legs with floor pads drilled for mounting holes, portable mixer mount. Formerly used in cosmetic manufacturing.
