USED LEE 600 POUND FBT

Lee 400 gallon (apx wc) fully jacketed cooking tank, model 600 pound fbt, serial # a-5902-c. Features fully jacketed body (inc. Bottom) with lee unicoil jacket, 52" diameter x 48" straight side, (total capacity 440 gallon), national board rated (# 1804) for 100 psi @ 338 f (hydro tested to 155 psi), slight dish bottom with 1" center bottom discharge, 2" bottom discharge located near side wall, 3" bottom side discharge directly connected to outside standpipe runing up outside wall with level control. Vessel accepts product baskets mounted in lifting rack with four individual trays, 50" diameter x 6" deep with continious 1" holes and four reinforsing petitions. Trays slide down central column of rack with base ring designed to rest on internal tank fixtures and includes central lifting lug with removeable hook. Tank also features one piece cover designed to be hinged mounted and centrifugical recirculating pump mounted under tank.
