USED TOMCO FREEZE TUNNEL 24 X 16

All stainless steel food grade continious nitrogen freeze tunnel by tomco. Fifty-five feet total ( 18',18', 19' three levels),features 24" wide ss mesh belts x 16' long arranged in three tiers, (20' overall length), 3" height between each belt, single feed nitrogen feed with dual sided distribution manifold spraying on each belt level at feed end of tunnel, top belt has 18 spray nozzles over belt and 12 nozzles over second and third belts, six internal circulation fans and three belts are hydraulically driven with speed controls on all components, single stand alone 10 horsepower hydraulic unit by norman equipment (model neo3-506), six total service doors with three on each, overall length is 20'. Unit formerly ran 800/900 lbs. Cooked pasta per hour, 170 degree f core temperature at feed to fully frozen with -80/-100 process temperature during process.
