Features food grade construction, 40" wide upper and lower belts, manufacturer notes bag thickness reduces by 50% in single pass, usda accepted, in line design, apx 50' per minute belt speed, top and bottom belts provide uniform flattening, 12 sets of heavy duty rollers under belts provide continous flattening, four manually operated screw jacks provide belt space adjustment, safety guarding, safety interlocks on all guards, removeable neoprene belting with quick release pullies for cleaning, belts are lightly textured for holding bags while flattening, variable speed, glass bead frame finish, mounted on casters from adjustable legs, factory controls wired for 440 volt/3 phase service.
