Overview
Semi automatic tray, case or colated goods overwrapper by a line systems corp. (santa fe springs, ca), model 24 sab 10s, serial # 1003. Features 24" wide seal bar with two- . 125" wide seals, central cutting wire and teflon cover, bar raises to 10" clearance and is pneumatically operated from single station operator activation switch, push through bar slides on guide rail with tray stop to insure square push through film curtin, product to be wrapped enters over dead plate to operator station, upper and lower film cradles for up to 24" wide film, upper cradle has pneumatic braking and dancer arm, painted steel construction 208 volts, 1 phase 10 amps, 60 hz, painted steel construction with threaded leveling floor feet, designed to operate with any compatible shrink tunnel, oad 3' x 4' x 6' h, loading height 32" to 36", existing dead plate for shrink tunnel feed.
