Overview
All stainless steel shrink bundler by polypack inc. (pinellas park, fl) model cha-24hl-a, serial # 3188. Features polished pharmaceutical grade finish, utilizes one roll of film to form sleeve wrap and lap seal around bundled package, mfg rated for up to 20 bundles per minute, powered film feed, product enters from linear feed conveyor on 4. 5" wide x 42" long table top chain to pushing station designed to push single or multiple containers or packages to secondary servo driven pusher through film curtain, 20" wide mesh conveyor carries package through 58" long shrink tunnel with 26" wide x 18" high opening to 38" long discharge section of conveyor, 240 volt/100 amp/3 phase/60 cycle voltage, temperature control, allen bradley micrologix 1500 plc controller operated from human interface panel, belt cooling fan, safety guarding with hinged doors and electro mechanical interlocks, mounted on casters. Formerly used in branded cosmetic packaging.
