Features 40 quart capacity, electrically heated jacket is national board rated (# 14898) for 50 psi at 300 degrees f, national sanitary foundation stamped, 16. 5" diameter x 14" deep, manually tilting kettle with tilt handle mountable on left or right postion, pouring lip, mounted on stainless steel floor base 27" deep x 28" wide with 50" height as shown, operates on 208/1 phase voltage at 52 amps, tested in good operating condition, improvements available at cost. Formerly use in cosmetic manufacturing.
