600 gallon open top fully jacketed 316 l stainless steel kettle by lee industries, model 600d9ms, serial # c4192a3. Features all stainless steel sanitary construction, 66" diameter x 54" deep, national board rated (# 6883) full uniflow coil jacket rated for 90 psi @ -20 to 332 degrees farenheight, vessel jacket has extensive repairs with shroud in process, jacket is tested at 60 psi with one remaining leak inside vessel leg, full body cylindrical shroud over hemispherical kettle body, center bottom 4" discharge with lee air operated fluids flow flush seating ball valve, vessel brim is predrilled on opposing sides for mounting of mixer bridge, offset of discharge has port for flush seating temperature well, mounted on four stainless steel low profile legs.
