Features all stainless steel sanitary construction, 54" diameter x 44" deep, 6" deep x 8" diameter discharge well with 3" diameter discharge tri clamp connection and 12" floor clearance, national board rated jacket (# 2131) for 110 psi @ 344 degrees f, mounted on three interconnected ss legs from body brim, legs have 6" x 6" floor pads with four drilled mounting holes on each pad, vessel has 2" heavy gauge welded brim ring, two 14" wide mixer bridge mounts set offset of center, two inch side opening with tri clamp connection set 11. 5" from vessel brim, mounted bubbler pipe (may be removed) continious to vessel interior wall extending from above brim to across discharge. Formerly used in food ingredients.
