Overview
Electrically operated food grade heat exchanger, manufactured by general electric, catalog #jl21486101. Designed for use at 480 volts/3 phase, 24,000 watts, approx. 8" diameter x 67" long, electric heating elements are sheilded in 321 stainless steel, insulated body with polished ss shoud and bolt in heating bundle, mounted in stainless steel floor stand with leveling feed. Formerly used as direct contact preheater for prepared branded food products. Mounted in stainless steel stand. Features 3in sanitary in/out, stainless steel body with insulation and bolt down head for heating bundle removal. Tubes are 321 ss construction. (former application food).
