USED PERFUME FILLER INTERMITTEN MOTION

Custom built intermittent motion vacuum filler for perfumes. Features four filling stations operating @ two fills per station with 3/16" diameter fill nozzles, intermittent motion conveyor travels apx 3" per stroke with fix moutned 3" wide x 2 7/8" long container holding blocks with four apx . 500" diameter container holes aranged one in each corner of blocks with filling and capping over each lane, four cap tightening heads with torque clutches operating in pairs over each lane, filling and capping movements are pneumatically controlled, gast vacuum pump, aro air operated discharge pump from vacuum jar, conveyor has geneva drive system belt driven by xp motor and gear reducer, container pucks are mounted with single screw and locator pin.
