Features 2" x 7' long extruded aluminum conveyor body by flexlink with pneumatically operated four container indexing station at filler, 5/8" diameter pistons are operated by aerotech servo motor driving acme screw with threaded micro adjustment at each piston, maximum piston stroke is 3. 250" for . 360 oz maximum fill volume, 3/16"/1/8" id diving fill nozzles are mechanically driven from aerotech servo drive and set at 1. 5" centers, pistons, valve block, fill nozzles and product feed line are housed in stainless steel heated box with hinged see through front cover, electric heater, recirculating blower and strip heated valve block, product feed line has inlet and outlet for continious source of material from heated process, 42 long discharge tunnel is equipped with ceramic heaters and recircuating fans to smooth filling imperfections following filling. Includes a variety of indexing wheels and misc parts and system components. Formerly used in branded cosmetic filling.
