Overview
Custom built in line single station capper, unit is designed to recieve conveyorized containers with caps being stripped from fixed cap chute (shown at 50" floor height) and tightened with pneumatically operated chuck for 38 mm pilfer proof screw caps, container indexing and gating stations on moveable mountings, stainless steel 28" diameter bowl feeder with fixed cap chute is driven by vibvo eccentric 570 pneumatic vibrator, controls required (origonal banner sensors are still mounted in system), heavy duty painted steel frame with threaded leveling feet.
