(newark, nj) model 400, serial # 188, features pneumatic operation with four stainless steel blades desinged to pierce through the top of an 8" x 8" metal can, bottom pedestal is stationary with upper hold down fixtures preventing can from moving vertically as piercing knives retract from can, painted steel construction with stationary base. Formerly used in food industry.
