Schultz Tool Veneer Bladder Membrane Press

Approx. 55″x106″ press capacity
Hot air design w/ 3mm silicone membrane
Specification –
Typical cycle time of 3 min. using proper glue that sets at 200° F
Can use PVA, but extends cycle time to approx. 15-45 min. depending on glue mix to achieve 80%+ cure strength
All mechanical components operational
Needs 4 to 5 heating rods replaced.
We have replacements but do not have the ability to replace them
Current operational temperature is 150°
