Model AR1-300-D, SN 01-4-1700106-024001. 300 kg max capacity. SS bowl, 43 in. diameter x 20 in. deep, SS spiral tool, SS central column, with SS lid. Bowl capacity 420 liters. Dough capacity 27-300kg. Flour capacity 12-180 kg.  Two-speed motor for both tool and for the bowl. Currently set up for left hand discharge at 55 in. pivot height. Max pivot height up to 108 in. tall. Discharge height min 48.43 inch to 68.11 in. max. Electromechanical electrical control panel.  Operator controls can be moved on left hand. Controls include start and stop button, first and second speed management with two timers, second speed exclusion, and reverse bowl rotation.  Schneider Electric vfd. Hydraulic power pack. Foldable tower for transport. Electrical requirements 208-volt, 3 phase, 60 hz, 71.2 amps.
