This 2001 Lee Industries model 800 U9MS kettle cooker cooler offers an 800-gallon stainless steel capacity with dual agitation and a full sweep for versatile food processing applications. Equipped with (2) 10 HP top-mounted motors, sanitary clamp fittings, multiple liquid ports, and a pneumatic ball valve discharge, this unit is designed for high-volume production. The kettle includes a 4-zone jacket rated for 100 PSI at 338°F (-20°F MDMT), though all jackets currently leak. Mounted on a four-leg square frame with a 76" infeed height and 16" discharge height.
