Description

Holzma Saw Cutting length 3,200 mm (126"), 95 mm (3.7") cutting height, 18 HP (13.4 kW) main and 3 HP (2.2 kW) scoring motor.
Variable saw carriage travel speed 0 - 229 FPM (0 - 70 MPM), constant return of 229 FPM ( 70 MPM).
Equipped with:
Electronically controlled overhead program fence, rack and pinion driven on both sides, forward speed 131 FPM (40 MPM), return speed 131 FPM (40 MPM), equipped with (6) clamps which open up to 4" (102 mm).
The HOLZMA HPP-81 has a CADMATIC control, version 2.2, with (500) cutting dimension memory with color monitor, moving graphics and numeric display.
CAD input, floppy disk drive and direct input by keyboard or RS-232 port for possible direct downloading from PC.
Complete with:
Combi-rollers rear machine table with profile rails at 50 mm centers, front with (3) air flotation tables 24" X 86" (609 x 2,184 mm) each.
Includes:
Cross cut fence, side pressure device for cross cutting on pressure beam.
