Hot Melt granulate quick heat-up glue system, overhead glue tank for easy maintenance & glue color change.
Automatic magazine for strip & coil (large 800 mm dia. coil table to accommodate large coils of 3 mm PVC) stock, 3 mm PVC guillotine.
(1) Drive plus (3) idle rolls "pneumatically controlled" pressure sections.
End Trimming: 0.33 HP - 12,000 RPM Motors, chamfers 0° - 15°.
Flush Trimming: Top & bottom, bevels 0° - 15° with (4) revolver type index pre-sets, (2) 0.5 HP - 12,000 RPM motors, cutter heads with insert knives.
Fine/Radius Trimming: Top & bottom, bevels 0° - 15° with (4) revolver type index presets (0.5 HP - 12,000 RPM motors), cutter heads with insert knives for 3 mm PVC radius.
2 motor corner rounding
Scraping Unit: Top & bottom for 2 - 6 mm radius, pneumatically controlled blowoff nozzles.
Buffing Unit: Top & bottom buffing (0.25 HP - 1,400 RPM motors).
Variable feed chain track speed from 8 - 20 MPM (26 - 65 FPM), 2 HP feed drive.
