5 Foot Wide - Midwest Automation top and bottom high pressure laminating line capable of laminating up to 5’ x 12’ panels consisting of the following equipment:
* Powered infeed roller conveyor
* PC-160 panel cleaner with top and bottom nylon brushes and dust collection shrouds.
* GS-417 top and bottom glue spreader with 65” panel width capacity, glue rolls are in excellent condition, separate top and bottom direct drive motors, powered opening, glue pump system.
* PP-500 panel positioning station for panels up to 62”W x 148”L x 1.63”T.
* RP-3170 heated roller press with 67”W high temperature silicone covered top and bottom rolls.
* SL-510 scissor lift table, 5’ x 10’ roller platform and 6000 lb. capacity.
Includes 2 new recoated glue rollers and manuals. All equipment is 575V, 3PH. May consider selling pieces separately.
