Description

CANTEK JF-330A Profile Knife Grinder
Clamping length of 12" (300mm) for both straight and profile grind; dia. of knife swing 12" (300mm).
Grinding arbor: 3 HP grinding motor with VFD (LED Readout) drive from 1500 to 4200 RPM.
Quick change removable (140mm) wheel adapter.
Machine set for axial constant grinding and template set up on right hand side.
Over the wheel precision diamond dresser assembly for dressing and dimensioning of wheel.
Manual positioning: of grinding wheel to tool; positioning of back clearance angle and side clearance angle 5°/10°/15°.
Quick change stylus turret for applications. (6) included with machine.
Carriage: SCHNEEBERGER lineal bearing table movement.
Table movement 12" x 6".
Coolant system: 1/8 HP motor from coolant pump located in tank below. (3) coolant nozzles for smooth flow of coolant to knife rest during grinding.
Additional hose with nozzle for cleanup. Stainless steel splash guards throughout!Option included:
