Gericke GCN 300 Particle reduction machine.\nSerial Number - p46864 HIT 2492084\nMfr 2009\n\nComil style impact mill with conical Screen .\nGericke GCN Cone Nibbler is designed for those applications requiring a very fine particle size, or if increased bulk density is required.\nScreen sizes range from 2000 to 150µ.\nPrinciple of Operation\nThe Cone Nibbler incorporates a vertically mounted rotating tool ( open wing agitator) which moves the material across a conical static serrated screen introducing a low velocity, high impact cutting action into the product which is fed by gravity into the machine.\nSub-screen size product passes through the screen into the chamber while oversize particles not reduced by the first pass are carried by the vortex action of the tooling up towards the inlet, returning them into the cutting chamber until the desired particle size distribution is achieved.\n\nRequires 380-460 V power
