This used continuous compounding line is centered around a Farrel Model 6 FCM-UM Continuous Mixer, driven by a 600 HP Westinghouse motor, paired with a Farrel 10" hot melt extruder. Downstream equipment includes a Gala underwater pelletizer, spin dryer, and dewatering system for efficient pellet handling. Upstream, an Acrison feeder system with 6 additive feeders ensures precision in ingredient delivery. The system also includes a heat control panel with integrated PLC for coordinated operation.
