This Used Unified Flex AP-140 Automatic Stick Pack Bagger is a compact, versatile, and efficient packaging system designed for forming, filling, and sealing stick packs for powders, granules, and small-dose products.
Capable of producing up to 40 stick packs per minute, the AP-140 is engineered for accuracy, speed, and consistent seal integrity. With a 1.5" max pack width, 7.5" max length, and 9" max web width, it is ideal for single-serve product packaging in food, nutraceutical, supplement, and specialty ingredient markets.
Stainless steel contact parts ensure sanitary operation, and the machine features rotatable horizontal seal jaws, enabling better seal orientation and versatility. A 7" touchscreen HMI provides user-friendly control and recipe setup.
