Description
The Used K&R Equipment Model PBI-AT 32 Case Erector and Poly Bag Inserter is designed for reliable case forming and poly bag lining in medium- to high-volume packaging operations. Capable of speeds up to 12 cases per minute, it accommodates a variety of case sizes from 12” to 16” (L), 9” to 16” (W), and 6” to 18” (D), with its original setup optimized for a 15” x 11” x 15.5” case.
The system handles poly bag web film widths up to 29” and applies a tape bottom seal for secure packaging. Included are a K&R Decuffer and Top-Serter for efficient bag placement and finishing. With Allen Bradley PLC controls, the unit ensures ease of use, accuracy, and integration with existing lines.
