This Used BWIS Robotic Bulk Can Palletizer and Depalletizer System is a 2023-built, dual-robot, fully automated solution engineered for high-speed aluminum can handling. Featuring two Fanuc M410iC robots—one for can movement and one for tier sheets and top frame management—this cell handles both depalletizing and repalletizing at speeds up to 500 CPM for multiple can sizes including 202, 204, 200 (slim), and 211 formats.
The system includes automated tier sheet/top frame handling, a Signode MHB-TP12 strapping unit, and a full conveyance system, making it an all-in-one, zero-manual-touch solution. Designed for maximum uptime, the system features buffer conveyors at both infeed and outfeed. Comes complete with change parts, controls, and air conveyor.
