This Used Viking Masek SA600 Vertical Form Fill Seal (VFFS) Sachet Machine is designed for high-efficiency pouch packaging. Equipped with six AS&E servo-driven auger fillers, it is currently set up for producing 100mm wide 4-sided seal sachets. Includes a tear notch, air deflator sponges, and a Markem Imaje 1050 Thermal Ink Jet Printer with dual Ā½" traversing printheads.
Enhanced with a Baluff sensor for auto film tracking, servo-controlled seal jaws, and a cold pull station for precise film drawdown, this machine is well-suited for demanding production lines. Manufactured in 2018, it runs on 480V, 3-phase, 60Hz power.
