This used Norden NM-400HA automatic tube filler is a versatile system engineered for both plastic tube hot air sealing and metal tube sealing with a #1 fold configuration. Built for pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and personal care industries, the unit operates at speeds up to 40 tubes per minute.
The machine handles tube diameters from 10mm to 50mm (0.4" – 1.97") and heights from 50mm to 245mm (1.97" – 9.65"), with fill volumes from 1ml to 300ml (0.034 – 10.15 fl oz). It is currently equipped with a 60mm diameter piston, set up for a fill range of 25ml to 300ml.
