This used Per-Fil PF23 single-head auger filler is a versatile powder filling system capable of handling a wide fill range from 0.5 grams to 10 kilograms. Designed with a right-to-left product flow configuration, it is ideal for packaging powders and granular products in industries like food, chemical, nutraceuticals, and more.
The unit includes a 20" diameter x 22" deep stainless steel hopper with scrape agitator and auger powered by a 1/4 HP motor. Product dosing is delivered through a 1 3/4" diameter stainless fill nozzle. The hopper features dual 6” diameter top inlet ports with stainless covers for material loading.
A 92" long conveyor with dual 3/4" wide plastic chain belts, adjustable guide rails, and a 2.5" total belt width provides precise indexing. The system features a Mitsubishi digital touch HMI and PLC, mounted on a stainless steel base with Plexiglas guarding, and houses electrical components in a carbon steel cabinet.
